Even if it does it wont help you in hypixel cause hypixel doesnt allow it

the mod would be disabled in the mod menu, the same way it is with badlion.

lunar and badlion can't disable a single feature of the mod on a specific server, so they just disable it entirely on that server. the only way to use schematica/litematica is with forge/fabric

You don't use Schematica even if you don't want the printer feature. You won't tell admins "I didn't use the bad part of the mod" just how you wouldn't pull out a gun in public and tell the police "but I didn't do bad thing with it".
In Admins'/Police's eyes you are not a confirmed innocent. Stop it. They cannot know for sure if you will or will not use the bad thing, so they will take measures to prevent this stuff.
