Course Description:

This is a Mini-Triathlon and 5K Run. The Poli-Tri Sprint has a 5K Run, a 10k Bike and a 160m swim for age groups of adults down to 12 yrs. There is also a fun kids run. Sorry, no dogs allowed.

Driving Directions & Parking Information:
|
Registration and the expo are at the Pali-High Quad (center of campus), corner of Bowdoin St. and Temescal Canyon Road, in Pacific Palisades (between the cities of Santa Monica and Malibu). Palisades Charter High School is reached by either Sunset Blvd. or Paific Coast Highway (PCH), and turning onto Temescal Canyon Road from either of those highways. Parking is available on Temescal Canyon Rd., Sunset Blvd., and very limited parking on campus (at El Medio Ave. entrance on the west side of campus, south of Sunset.) The football/track stadium parking lot on Bowdoin will be closed. Additional parking is available in the business district of the Pacific Palisades village, east of the school and off Sunset Blvd., and also at the beach parking lot at Temescal and PCH.

Fun Stuff to do at the Event:

Awards three deep M/F in the Mini-Tri and 5K. A bike to the overall M/F winner of the Mini-Tri and a $50 gift certificate to the M/F winner of the 5K. Also, when you finish visit the Halloween themed "Village Fair" immediately follows, put on by the Chamber of Commerce of Pacific Palisades. They are planning another Halloween carnival, which last year featured games, rides, big bouncies, a fire station chili cook-off, pie eating contest, food and music. The fair is in the center of the Pali High campus.
