Packet pickup is at Register or pick up your race packet on Thursday, August 16th, from 4 pm to 6 pm at Bentons Sport Shop at 1038 Swarthmore Ave, Pacific Palisades, 90272 or on Friday, August 17th, from noon to 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet, 16545 Ventura Blvd, Encino, 91436, or on Race Morning at Woodley Park, Van Nuys, from 6:30 am to the start of the run.

Course Description:
|
The course is flat and beautiful and will appeal to runners of all ages. The scenic course winds around lake Balboa and the LA River Tributary. This festive event will include food, music, aerobic warm-ups, as well as a giant runners' expo. women's health

From the #405 Freeway, take Victory Blvd. West to Woodley Ave. Turn left on Woodley Ave. Follow RACE PARKING signs to free parking.

A quality shirt will go to all registered runners and volunteers.

Runner's will find water, gatorade, bagels, energy bars, and energy drinks at the finish line expo area.

Fun Stuff to do at the Event:
|
A flat and fast course wiil provide winners the receipt of an age division award, three deep in each age group. Music by 95.5 KLOS at the race and a live telecast by 790 KABC Talk Radio. All participants are entered into a drawing for a free routine mammogram. (5 to be given away that day) Form a TEAM and compete for the Fastest Team or Team with the most participants.
